The new season for the Asi Somos micro documentaries serie produced by Señal Colombia and directed for Juan Carlos Cajiao is going to be on air by Señal Colombia channel and also broadcasted by digital mass social media nets!

More than 200 interviews and by now 150 final edited micro spots showing how the colombian are around the country.
The entire homeland!

Now the screen is open for everyone at Colombia: Señal Colombia invites the people to show how they are happy, proud, sad, warrior, dreamers, helpers, united, alone, chatter and so on...

The proyect main director was Juan Carlos Cajiao, assigned by Señal Colombia to design and shoot the pieces around Colombia using two production units to get the dateline on time!

A great effort for every member of the crew on set, and on postproduction rooms as well...
More than 3 months of intense work and trips around Colombia discovering how beauty is our people. How helpers, collaborative and given to the others the colombian citizens are was the main discovering on this project.

Every place we visited was a place where we got a friendly smile.

The new assignment for Juan Carlos Cajiao Velasco as general director and photographer was ordered by Señal Colombia Broadcast Channel, the government operated channel.






The Asi Somos project (The way we are...) is looking to reach far away regions and communities around the country to know the way the people are on daily life.

How we are happy, fighter, worker, leader, tired, angry, alone, traditional, mind keeper, and so on.

Asi Somos is a identity campaign putting together different kinds of pieces, showing on a brief way a little glimpse of our people talking to the camera, naturally as possible, being just them in front of the lens.




You will watch the final production on air soon along the broadcasting of Señal Colombia as well on internet sites promoting Asi Somos space. The new venue where the people can talk and tell about them and their stories and way of being in this land: Colombia.

More than 40 people distributed on two productions teams, research journalists, editing and post production staff, colorists, graphic designers sound and music composers and executive producers are behind this more than 150 pieces between 40 seconds and 2 minutes!
