Recipes without too much blah, blah...plain and easy preparations for everyone!
24 recipes were shot and directed by Juan Carlos Cajiao with an educational and didactic approach that allows the people to know well the whole diversity of cuts of meat and the possible preparations.
Shot on Canon Cameras and Zeiss Lenses on Caracol Studio, at Bogota.
Felipe Rangel was again this year our chef teaching and explaing the recipes designed for Fedegan and Fondo Nacional del Ganado (Colombia National Fund of Cattle Breeders).
A good cut of meat and a scrumptious dessert with milk as main ingredient, what a deal for a good nutrition!
Remember, eat meat and drink milk!
